What we can and can't promise
We check everything a computer can check: format, pixel size, file size and resolution. We can't judge whether your face fills enough of the frame, whether you used the right ink, or whether a portal changed its rules yesterday. Those show up as a checklist for you.
After you download, we ask whether the portal accepted the file. That is how we find out when a requirement has changed.
